I feel the same. I put a new picture up of my sister's house during a rain storm. I don't know if there was more rain, or if it was the petals falling that made me feel like spring. After temps in the 60's last night, we're now dealing with temps in the 30's today. It is mighty windy.
That photo is gorgeous. It is 35 days until spring. I can't wait. We were spoiled for a few days when the temps got in the 50s and one day it was 60. But like Rudee, we are back in the 30s and snow is in our forecast for tomorrow. I hope the snow misses us.
Beautiful photo Katy took. Yes spring please. We are now the portion of the country with cold temps and lots of rain.. I guess we all get our turn.. Burr.. Well it's not that bad, 40's but to me it is.
Who knows, Saturday is Valentine Day, you might get some spring flowers. In our shopping centre we always get a rose when we are shopping there.
My favourite early spring flower is the Pasque Flower. It is delicate and floaty with long twining stems, but it is tough as old boots, surviving frosts, late snows, rainstorms - anything nature throws at it and it always comes back to cheer me every spring.Lovely, reaffirming post, Brenda.Kat
Beautiful photo, Brenda. We have had spring-like weather all week, and the peepers (tree frogs) have been singing at the pond, and my jonquils/daddodils are up, even after all the ice. I think spring will be early this year!Hugs,Renie
