Blogging break

I will be taking a blogging break for awhile. I have been having some anxiety attacks and not feeling so hot . Hopefully these will settle down. I used to have them many years ago, and they kind of went away for the most part. Now they have crept back and I am trying to relax to get them to go away again. When I get these, I don't think real clearly. I hope to visit some blogs and see what you all are up to though.

What's different for you that may have started this? I've had a couple of anxiety attacks in my life and they are uncomfortable. Just be sure you're healthy to start!! Don't be a stranger. I look forward to your posts and your comments.

If I were there, I'd give you a giant hug.

Brenda,

I am so sorry to hear about your anxiety attacks. I have never experienced one so don't even know what you are experiencing. I hope you will soon be feeling much better. Until then relax and get well.

I hope you feel better soon, Brenda! Anxiety attacks are no fun. Im speaking from personal experience. Go out and enjoy Spring. I have been on a blogging break for a while. I post when I feel like it, sometimes weekly, sometimes not. There are just so many other things I would rather do, anyway. But I do enjoy visiting my favorite blogs. Why don't you try Facebook? I really enjoy that. I think you would, too.

Take good care!

Hugs and blessings!

Thanks everyone! I wish I could put into words what these anxiety attacks are like. It is very hard to describe.

Brenda, I have suffered on and off from panic attacks since my 20's! The first one made me think I was mad because I was so panicked I just wanted to run and hide but there was nowhere to go! A very good doctor explained them to me an and how scary, but harmless they are and that they don't last too long. I know it saps your confidence but the others advice to get out have a change of scenery is good advice. Don't let them rule your life. I didn't, and I binned the tranquilisers the doctor gave me.They come and go and usually relate back to an emotional scare, or stressy time. I don't get them much now, perhaps the odd palitation or two! I do wish you well, gardening is good!

Dear Brenda I wrote a really long comment on your post about my own panic attacks which I used to have, it was saved but hasn't appeared, so I hope you receive it. Take care and don't worry about them.
