Garden Walks

Last Saturday my daughter and I and Maddie went to The Botanical Gardens. We wanted to go for Mother's Day but rain was in the forecast so we went Saturday. The picture above is part of the Japanese Gardens.

Me and Maddie.

Ornamental cabbage growing all neat and pretty.

Looks even prettier on top of this plant.

Pretty flower. I can't remember what kind.

How on earth did you get the cabbage to grow on the bush/tree?

I think you should have just fibbed and told us all this was your back yard. I'd have bought it.

They're just beautiful-but they are the kind of gardens you only get when you have "staff".

Hi Brenda, what a beautiful photo of you and Maddie! I ask the same question Patty asked: How did you get the cabbage grow on that bush? It's very clever. Thanks for your visit to my snake. Scary, isn't it?! But don't have nightmares! She sleeps under a mosquito net.
