Our Tulip Tree In Bloom

This was one of those days that I wish I had one of those expensive cameras with all the different lens to capture the real beauty of this tree. We have a fairly large tulip tree in our yard that is pretty all the time because of its large fan leaves. However, during this time of the year when the tulips are all blooming, it is just beautiful! This year there seems to be more tulips, but each one doesn't seem as big as last year. I think I prefer it when the tulips are larger. I better go have a talk with it.

That is a pretty tree, Brenda. Some people in town around here have tulip trees as well. Yours is quite a large tree.

Happy weekend!

Hugs,

Renie

I've never seen the likes of that tree. It's stunning. When I click on the photo I can see the blooms better. They look just like tulips.

Beautiful tree. We have a Rose of Sharon tree, it's not close to being ready yet. I call it the hollyhock tree, since to me the flowers look like hollyhocks. Happy week-end.

This tree is very beautiful especially since I clicked on it to enlarge it! I have a simple camera, but I try macro photos and views from a distance.
Thank you for visiting! Have a great weekend, Brenda!

How pretty! I passsed some of those yesterday and was wishing that I had stopped for a photo. Tulips trees are the state tree of Indiana, but I do not have one.

I took a blogger's holiday for a week and then I come by for a visit and can't believe all the lovely things I've missed. I love the photo of you and Maddie. And the Tulip Tree is gorgeous. I have never seen one before and when I clicked and enlarged it the tulips were lovely. They really do look like tulips.
