Mr. Mop.....

I finished the knitted duster mop rag. I tried it out for both dry and wet and it worked well. I just need to knit several more so that I always have a clean one. If anyone is interested I will post the instructions, or you can find them free at any Michael's or Hobby Lobby. Very very easy and fast.

I love the Mr Mop commercial that has been on TV for awhile now.
I am sure you have all seen it.
They have several versions out and they are all really cute.

Well that is cool! Great idea. Oh yeah, I remember that commercial.

I never ever heard of duster mop head before and this looks cute too.

I also don't knit, I never could get the hang of it for myself to learn.

That looks great. I wonder if they have the pattern in crochet? Although I would imagine it's pretty simple to figure out. I have chair coasters on all of my chair legs, makes sliding the chairs in and out from the table a lot easier.

I like your idea, but I don't knit, so maybe I will try crocheting one and see if it will work. How hard could it be. hahaha.... If I figure it out, I'll post a picture of it.

That's so neat, Brenda. Although my grandma knit, I never did learn. She managed to teach me crocheting, but haven't done that in years.

Yes, I saw the commercial.

Glad yours works good.

Hugs,

Renie

I like the mop! However, I can't knit. Maybe I can get my sister to make me one.

this looks like a cool way to learn/practice knitting.. I saw some yarn and needles while running through walmart for chlorine today.

Hi Brenda,

I crocheted my duster today, and posted a little video of it on "Butterflies and Candles" if you would like to see it. :)

This is so smart! I take clean dishtowels and strap them on with rubber bands. It doesn't work that well as you can imagine. You knitters are endlessly clever.

I was sorry to hear about your dog. Sending warm thoughts and glad to "meet" you!
