Strange Day....and strange photos

This is our cat, Waterpool, posing on top of a pair of pants I was trying to take a photo of.   The photo below is of a pair of Dockers that my husband has had for awhile.  Not long after buying them...these strange stains appeared on them.  I tried every kind of remover I know of to get the stains out.  None worked.  We don't even know WHAT the stain is??!?!!?  We bought a few more pairs over time and the same thing happens.  This is such a mystery to me.  I just can not figure it out.  The last time we bought a pair and the stains happened....I took the pants to the cleaners to see if they could get them out.  They could not.  I wish someone could help me solve this mystery.

Aside from  that little beef....I had a funny adventure at the furniture store today.  I was shopping for a recliner that goes all the way back and elevates my feet.  I sat in every chair in the store with the help of a saleslady.  I am only 5'3" and my legs are pretty short.  Most of the chairs I sat in... my feet did not touch the floor... by a foot.  I would have to scoot in and out of it to make it recline.  Lots of them were comfortable but when I reclined back....I could not get out of the chair without the lady assisting me.  At one point we were both laughing so hard and there were other shoppers walking by shaking their heads wondering what the hell we were doing.  It was a dilemma.  I left with no chair.  Now I am looking on the internet trying to figure out my chair problem.
Anyone reading this post may wonder why....am I even writing about these things.  In light of the disasters in Oklahoma and other tragedies occurring around the world.  I don't know...really.  I guess it was just a distraction.

I'm only 5'4" so I totally understand your chair dilemma - hilarious! I always struggle at my dad's house with his recliners.

We used to have a small recliner built especially for Mike's dad - he's a short man. It would have been perfect, but it's been in recliner heaven for a while now :)

I'm 5'7" and look like Edith Ann sitting in my husband's recliner! He is 6'4.

Hope you're all well after the storms of your own.
